Application Instructions
How do I become a PgHC member?
If you are interested in serving as an AmeriCorps/PgHC member follow the directions below:
- Go to http://www.americorps.gov/for_individuals/ready/index.asp
- Create an account by selecting the “Click here to create an account” link on the right side of the page and then follow the instructions for completing an account
- If you already have a MyAmeriCorps account, select the “Click here to log-in” link
- Once you have created an account, return to (http://www.americorps.gov/for_individuals/ready/index.asp) and log-in.
- Follow the menu on the left side and complete an application and two references
- Select the “Search Listings” link and enter the following information:
- Program Type: AmeriCorps State/National
- State: PA
- Program: Pittsburgh Health Corps
- Select the Pittsburgh Health Corps listing (#5442)
- Click on Apply Now
Your application will be sent to the Pittsburgh Health Corps.
